Acute Pulmonary Embolism – 2014

Female, 64 yo, Caucasian 5 weeks of immobilization after malignancy abdominal tumor resection. Sudden-onset dyspnea, tachypnea, chest pain of a «pleuritic» nature (worsened by breathing), cough and hemoptysis
