Woman with metastastic breast cancer

45 years old Caucasian woman with history of breast cancer (diagnosed 3 years ago). She is in radiotherapic and chemotherapic treatment. She complained of progressive dyspnea for two weeks, but it got worse in the last 2 hours (at rest). Additionally, she refers weight loss, fatigue, anorexia, and positional chest pain.
