Case presentation
The patient is a 75 year old male with a history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular accident, peripheral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus, and ulcerative colitis who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery x 4 after multiple failed PTCA/stenting procedures.
