Old woman carrying symptomatic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy – 2011

72-years old woman I was admitted in emergency with near syncopal episodes
She complain of fatigue and palpitations.
Negative family history
She was using captopril and carvedilol (6, 25 mg twice a day).
